As we all know, there are too many series of scarfing inserts, just like SPUB63 series, SPUB86series, Hexagon Series, HOUB series, SNMX1507 series, SNG15S8 series, and also internal scarfing ring.etc.

In fact, there are only 3 series are the popular one with regular inventories.

SPUB63 series with cutting length of 19.05mm, they are ranging from A to I, which machining could be 0 to 120mm.

Hexagon series which with six cutting edges, and internal circle diameter is 25mm, for some foreign brands, they call DET-0 to DET-8. R60 and R80 ones also available for us, and this series are with machining range from 0 to 160mm.

Internal scarfing rings are available with full sizes, machining range from 10 to 710mm. Sometimes your request is a little different with ours,don’t worry, we could produce according to your orders too.
